In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 The clupk platform is open exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering an account on clupk, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
2.2 clupk reserves the right to require proof of age at any stage and to suspend or close any account where the Player cannot satisfactorily demonstrate that they meet the minimum age requirement. Any winnings accrued through an account found to belong to a minor will be forfeited.
2.3 Each individual may hold only one (1) clupk account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, or household, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
2.4 Registration on clupk requires submission of accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.
2.5 clupk reserves the right to decline registration or close an account without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player does not meet eligibility requirements or has provided false or misleading information during registration.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your clupk account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. clupk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings.
3.2 You must notify clupk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, a security breach, or if your login credentials have been compromised. clupk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 You agree not to allow any other person to access or use your clupk account. Account sharing is prohibited. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and activities conducted through your clupk account are your sole responsibility.
3.4 Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. clupk will notify you by email prior to any administrative fee being applied to a dormant account balance in accordance with its dormant account policy.
4.1 clupk is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires submission of a clear copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) and a recent selfie photograph for identity matching purposes.
4.2 Additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, may be requested at clupk's discretion in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access.
4.3 clupk processes KYC submissions as promptly as possible. Standard verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of document submission. clupk is not liable for delays caused by submission of incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent documentation.
4.4 Any document submitted for KYC verification must be genuine, unaltered, and legally valid. Submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulent identity documentation is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5.1 clupk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT (for eligible VIP accounts). Supported methods may change from time to time and will be reflected in the Cashier section of the clupk platform.
5.2 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. clupk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. Standard withdrawal review takes up to twenty-four (24) hours. VIP account holders are eligible for priority or same-day processing as described in the clupk VIP Programme terms.
5.4 clupk does not charge internal fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, your bank) may apply its own transaction fees, for which clupk accepts no responsibility.
5.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your clupk account at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
5.6 clupk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms, pending investigation. clupk will communicate the basis for any such delay to the Player as permitted by its compliance obligations.
6.1 clupk may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds or stake thresholds are specified in each offer's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of bonus funds.
6.3 clupk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at its discretion without prior notice. Any bonus funds that have not yet been used will be removed from a Player's account if the corresponding promotion is cancelled.
6.4 Bonus abuse – including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion between Players to take advantage of promotional terms, or any form of systematic exploitation of bonus structures – is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential permanent account closure.
7.1 All bets placed on clupk's sportsbook are final once confirmed. clupk will not accept cancellation requests for settled bets. In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, clupk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
7.2 clupk reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts per event, market, or Player account at any time without prior notice, in accordance with its risk management policies.
7.3 All casino and slot game outcomes on clupk are governed by independently certified Random Number Generator software or, in the case of live casino tables, by physical real-time outcomes. Game results are final. clupk does not intervene in the outcome of any certified game.
7.4 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement or game outcome, the Player may contact clupk support within thirty (30) calendar days of the disputed event. After this period, disputes will not be considered. clupk's decision on any dispute, made in good faith and with reference to available records, is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the clupk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
9.1 All content on the clupk platform – including but not limited to the clupk brand name and logo, software, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of clupk or its licensed content providers. No part of the clupk platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from clupk.
9.2 Game content provided by third-party software providers on the clupk platform (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is used by clupk under licence. Players may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute such content.
10.1 clupk provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While clupk makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and reliability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service disruptions.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, clupk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to access the clupk platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions, delayed transactions, or incorrect display of odds or game information.
10.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game or bet, clupk's maximum liability to any affected Player shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in the relevant transaction.
11.1 clupk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harm associated with gambling. Players are reminded that gambling should be treated as entertainment – not as a source of income or a method to resolve financial difficulties.
11.2 clupk provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible within your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion), and permanent self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.
11.3 Players who wish to permanently self-exclude from the clupk platform may submit a self-exclusion request to clupk support. Upon confirmation, access to the account will be suspended and the Player will be prevented from creating new accounts on clupk for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
11.4 clupk complies with responsible gaming best practices including age verification and does not direct marketing communications to Players who have self-excluded. 12.1 clupk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the clupk platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
12.2 For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, clupk will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to the address registered on the affected Player's account.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the clupk platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. clupk makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and clupk arising from these Terms or the use of the clupk platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with clupk support. If direct resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution process outlined in clupk's support documentation.
